For me, there was a slight problem with rippling tint that should have gone away on its own, but didn't. Patrick replaced it right away a couple weeks later no questions asked. After all the work was done, Patrick continued to follow up with me and see how things are going which is so refreshing. A lot of places just complete work without any follow-up.
